Judy Reith
Author, coach and speaker Judy spent decades helping hundreds of parents to get on better with their kids, writing parenting books and giving talks. At 61, she finally went to university and gained an MA in creative non-fiction. Judy brings her rich and varied coaching experience to fellow Act 3 travellers who want to embrace the coming years before it’s too late. Being thrown into widowhood upturned Judy’s Act3 plans. It led her to set up www.cambridgewidows.com which has given purpose to grief. Seaside dog walks, a full diary and writing novels also keep her spirits up.
Scott King
After a career spent helping organisations, leaders and students navigate change with clarity and confidence, Scott now brings his coaching, consulting and higher‑education experience to fellow Act 3 companions. His perspective has been shaped by early hardship, hard‑won success and a belief that the later chapters of life can be crafted with intention rather than drift.
His own Act 3 is still unfolding, supported by sailing, an enthusiastic amount of time in the gym and a long‑standing threat to reignite his once‑serious tennis habit. Extremely happily married, he’s exploring what it means to build a life that feels grounded, true and joyful—especially when the familiar markers fall away.
